Ingredients 3 cups Beef Broth 2.5 lbs Chuck Roast 1/2 cup Onion 1-3 Bay leafs 3 Large Potatoes 1 Garlic Clove 1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes (14.5 oz) 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper 1 tsp Dried Oregano 1/4 cup Flour 1 tsp Paprika 4 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin ***** NOTE ***** For a thicker stew, make a slurry, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp butter (softened). Mix well and add to stew the last 15 mins.
